Robert Carson, MD, PhD

Dr. Robert Carson is a Pediatric Neurologist and Epileptologist at the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville TN. He joined the AS clinic at Vanderbilt in 2018 as the epileptologist for the clinic, assuming directorship of the clinic in December of 2019. He has been involved in a variety of drug and nutritional trials for AS. He has a special interest in movement disorders in AS with the goal of better understanding but the underlying etiology of these movements and identifying therapies for them.
