Shuttle Service: The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle. Please contact the front desk upon arrival at DIA for pickup instructions.
Accessible Rooms: Fully accessible suites are available. Please request these at the time of booking.

Safety Beds

If you require a fully enclosed safety bed at the conference, please email familysupport@angelman.org. We encourage you to bring your own safety bed if possible. There are a limited number of beds available for us to use so they will be supplied on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to ensure they can be shipped in time for the conference, you must submit your request no later than May 24, 2026.

The nearest grocery stores to Gaylord Rockies are:

Food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc.) are allowed to deliver to the Gaylord Rockies Resort. Lobby pick-up is preferred. Due to the large size of the resort, delivery drivers typically meet guests in the main hotel lobby or at a designated pick-up point near the main entrance, rather than delivering to individual guest rooms or conference areas.

Deposit policy for individual reservations: Reservations will be secured with a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax, which will be charged to the credit card on file approximately 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy for individual reservations: Guests can receive a refund of their reservation deposit if they provide notice of cancellation at least three working days prior to their arrival and obtain a cancellation number.
Check-In: 4:00 PM If you would like to enjoy our resort prior to check-in or after check-out time, the bell stand can hold your luggage.
Check-Out: 11:00 AM Requests for a late check-out should be made at the time of booking in the special request section. Please be aware that special arrangements for a late check-out are based on availability. For guests with later departures, luggage can be stored.

We highly recommend that attendees request connecting rooms at the time of booking in the special requests section.
